Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for any other reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal fragrance preference
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Opened or used products
- Minor packaging variations
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund request, you must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment you receive and open the sealed package.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing pramillasvanity@gmail.com with the following:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- A complete unboxing video showing the issue
Once our team verifies the claim, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for products confirmed to be damaged or defective upon delivery. We do not offer exchanges for fragrance preference, change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or any other non-defect-related reason.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Products without a valid unboxing video
- Claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling
